Chamber music

|

Do you enjoy making music together? Are you member of a chamber music ensemble or would you love to be in one?

Playing together gives most musicians so much extra: not only because it’s fun and sounds nice, but also because it stimulates you to listen to more than just yourself. To listen to the total of the music and to learn which elements can change the total outcome, makes your practising all the more rewarding!

As an experienced chamber music player Michelle loves to guide amateur groups to better group-practise and performance. The art of playing together – listening, considering your role in the total construction of the piece, and the choices to make regarding period and style – is a little different from playing all alone. You can book one lesson as an ensemble to try, or book a larger number of lessons to make certain that your progress is being checked and encouraged.

Individual players may contact me if they are interested in playing with others. I will try to match people according to age and level of playing.

Duration of a lesson is at least 60 minutes.
